Arosa is situated at 5,940 feet above sea level, at the end of
the Schanfigg valley. Due to its location the area is very sunny
and
sheltered from the wind. There is no through-traffic in Arosa as
the village is a cul-de-sac, and car driving is banned from midnight
to 6 a.m.
A very wide variety of sport and leisure activities on offer in summer
and winter make Arosa an ideal holiday resort. But be warned - Arosa
can be addictive!
