Sunstar USA (Sunstar Hotels Switzerland USA reservations office) is directly affiliated with the hotels. This is a free service and prices are the same as offered directly by all Sunstar Hotels.

We are not an "outside" representative. Our goal is to assist you with your reservation and to help you the best we can. Sunstar USA offers friendly and personalized service.

Individual Bookings and Cancellations:

Up to 21 days before arrival date: No penalty, except CHF 40.-
administrative fee.

Between 20 and 7 & days before arrival date: 25% of total price or maximum CHF 100.- per person (CHF 200.- for Christmas/New Year period).

Between 6 and 1 day before arrival date: 50% of total price or maximum CHF 200.- per person (CHF 400.- for Christmas/New Year period).

On arrival date: 75% of total price or maximum CHF 300.- per person (CHF 600.- for Christmas/New Year period).

Early departure: same as on the arrival date.

Place of jurisdiction: Liestal, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.

Group Bookings (15 or more people): Please contact Sunstar USA for special group rates and the group booking and cancellation policy.

If the requested hotel has availability and you would like to make a reservation, you may guarantee your reservation with
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, or Carte Blanche credit card.

Nothing will be charged to your card before you get to the hotel unless you are within the cancellation penalty dates. Once at the hotel, kindly please pay the hotel direct.
